Rössing Graduate Recruitment Programme

Rössing’s operations require specialised skills that are thus far not readily available in the Namibian labour market. In a bid to expand the pool of possible candidates for specialist roles, we have embarked upon a Graduate Recruitment Programme.

The programme is aimed at identifying and initiating contact with students at tertiary institutions who study in the following disciplines:

Mining Engineering
Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgy
Geology
Financial Accounting
Human Resources Management

Potential candidates must be Namibian citizens already studying at recognised tertiary institutions in any of the disciplines as mentioned above.
