social - supporting strong communities
Our impact extends beyond mining – we actively support economic growth, local businesses, and community development.
As a major employer and investor, we contribute to job creation, skills development, and national progress.
We prioritise local procurement, helping Namibian businesses grow, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Our commitment to economic empowerment aligns with national goals, ensuring opportunities reach previously disadvantaged groups.
Beyond business, we invest in education, infrastructure, and community well-being, creating long-term benefits for Namibia.
Through these efforts, we drive sustainable progress and shared success.
