Outcome of labour court case of MUN's demand to Rössing Uranium Limited
(29 September 2011)

This morning Rössing Uranium filed an urgent Labour Court motion to seek suspension of the effect of the notice of appeal that was filled by the Union yesterday when the court found and ruled in the Company's favour.

The court once again ruled in favour of the company in a motion that was not opposed by the Union. The Company therefore requires all striking employees to go back to work with immediate effect.

Once work has returned to normal, management will consider the next steps, associated with resolution of the outstanding issues of the dispute.
